1General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered on the 999det platform. They come into effect whenever you interact with 999det — whether through the website, the mobile app, or any other channel. 999det is a licensed online betting and gaming platform operating under the oversight of an international gaming authority.

2Account Registration & Verification

• Each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

• If you suspect any security breach on your account, contact 999det support immediately.
• A copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence may be requested for verification purposes.

Once registration is complete, 999det will send a confirmation message. Larger withdrawals may be restricted until verification has been fully completed.

3Deposits & Payments

999det currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers are also accepted. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Using someone else's account may result in the transaction being cancelled.
• Once a deposit is successful, it is usually credited to your 999det account within a few minutes. If there is a delay, please take a screenshot of the payment and contact support.
• 999det does not charge any deposit fees. However, charges imposed by your mobile banking provider may apply.
• 999det reserves the right to place a hold on any suspicious or unusual transactions.

In certain circumstances, 999det may temporarily restrict the availability of specific payment methods. Any such changes will be announced on the website and within the app.

4Withdrawal Rules & Process

Withdrawing your winnings from 999det is quick and straightforward. Funds are typically delivered directly to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account within 5 minutes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum withdrawal limit per transaction depends on the account's verification level.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a mandatory requirement to prevent money laundering.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met — see section five for full details.
• If a withdrawal is delayed due to a technical issue, 999det will endeavour to resolve it within 24 hours.

If suspicious activity is detected on an account, withdrawals will be temporarily placed on hold pending investigation. If the investigation confirms everything is in order, the withdrawal will be released immediately.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

999det regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. The general rules are outlined below.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on your first deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings become withdrawable only after the total wagering requirement has been met — typically between 8x and 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any bonus that remains unused after the expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.

999det reserves the right to modify its bonus program at any time. If unusual betting patterns are detected that exploit system vulnerabilities related to any bonus (bonus abuse), the account's bonuses will be voided and the account will be subject to investigation.

6Betting Rules

The odds and rules displayed at the time of placing a bet on 999det apply to that bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — however, the Cash Out feature may be used to close a bet early under certain conditions.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳100. Maximum bet limits vary depending on the match and market.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, 999det reserves the right to void that bet and the stake will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake is generally refunded. Exceptions may apply where the outcome is determined under specific rules.
• Odds change rapidly during in-play betting. If the odds shift between the time a bet is placed and when it reaches the server, the bet will be accepted at the updated odds — or it may be rejected.

Match fixing and betting using insider information are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999det. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of funds.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Exploiting the bonus system through unusual betting patterns (bonus hunting or arbitrage).
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Depositing funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Collecting or using other users' personal information.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their account at any time of their choosing. Upon contacting support, the account will be closed within 72 hours and any remaining balance will be returned.

999det may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• If a breach of terms and conditions is detected.
• If false or fraudulent information is found during KYC verification.
• Extended periods of inactivity (generally 24 months).
• At the user's own request for self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, 999det will retain all betting history and transaction records. This information will be provided to regulatory authorities if required.

11Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any conflict between the Bengali and English versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall be considered authoritative.
